Mrs. J is an old female with an age of 63 years. Her height of 1.75 meters and a weight of
95.5 kilograms indicate that the woman is obese since the Body Mass Index obtained from these
conditions is 31.2 since it is above 30. Mrs. J has a medical history regarding smoking, chronic
heart failure, and hypertension. She is currently under low-grade fever tachycardia arrhythmia,
respiration distress, and hypotension, which indicate that she has pulmonary edema that is
exacerbated by either chronic or acute heart failure. Some symptoms that show the likelihood of
suffering from congestive heart failure are pulmonary edema, tachycardia, and dyspnea.

During the admission of Mrs. J, various nursing interventions need to be carried out.
After admitting the woman in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), her breathing conditions should
