A. While having concerns over the efficacy of either brand of the vaccines, community members
should note that the vaccines are effective in preventing their risk for dying from the pandemic.
B. Thus, when communicating to the community about the need to take the vaccine, the message
plan in the following section will have higher chances of creating the urge to go for a vaccine.

Message Plan

A. People develop different rationales when making choices.
B. Most community members lack the scientific know-how on how Covid-19 vaccines, or any
preventive medication for that matter, works.
C. As a public health leader, my roles include influencing, motivating, and enabling others to
contribute toward the effectiveness and success of their community in terms of healthcare
promotion and prevention.
D. Several stakeholders can actively take part in disseminating the message to the community
members on the significance of receiving Covid-19 vaccine.
IV.

Assessing The Outcomes of The Plan

A. Prior to conducting community empowerment on the need for the vaccines, I will develop
performance metrics: change in attituded towards vaccine, and number of people who have
been vaccinated based on a baseline number.
