Being a supervisor at XYZ Group, I have observed and evaluated mighty issues caused by indirect communication that makes big changes in the customers queries and demands. So, I have planned to upgrade communication modes, sources and channels that will connect the company directly with its customers . For this, official website with Customer Support option and official pages on social media networks will ease my working to listen what customers want saying. Direct communication will be the best solution of problem our company is facing today.)
